Even though I like both of them A LOT, I think gaara would win because Neji's style of fighting is close combat while Gaara's isn't. And even if Neji can manage to get a hit, Gaara still has his absolute defense. Anyway, a jounin is only one step down from the kages' on the skill level so if Gaara and Neji do battle, it'll be a close battle.

I would say Kazekage Gaara will win because of his demon inside him. I know he lost interest in killing everyone because of naruto. But when he unleash the beast, he will win. While Neji on other hand could die by gaara's sand. Even though he got the byagugan, he still can't defeat gaara.

thats a hard one. Gaara has gotten really strong with his sand moves and would keep neji from getting close to cut off his chakra points. so match goes to gaara.

gaara!! he is the youngest kazekage ever in history and he has both powerful defense and attack!! he is a short+long distance attacker but neji is a short distance attacker..
