I think everyone is different. Some women breeze by with not a whisper hint of conception but some women know the day after ovulation. Here is a great website to check out symptoms women had early after ovualation. I am 6 days after ovulation and having faint cramping. Frustrating isn't it? Wish we could know NOW.

During the implantation period, there is some painful cramping. I remember it, and I called my doctor right away. She reassured me this was completely normal. Most doctors will ok Tylenol for aches and pains like these during pregnancy. Just ask, and be sure first.
