How do you determine the order of picking?

put a bunch of number is a hat and then have the draft order. Once that is done go from 1-10 then 10-1. so that the 10th person gets the 10th and 11th picks. I hope that this makes sense.

The best and fairest way to determine draft order is to put the names in a hat. Have fun with it have each team give you card with their logo on it and do a reverse order pick, calling out each team name. Have it during happy hour so you can all get together after work for like an hr and do the draft order before the draft itself. I would use CBSSportline.com it's been a pretty good site for our league and it's fairly cheap as well.

Is it offline or online? If its an online draft then yahoo will randomize the order for you unless u choose not to.

random; pull numbers from a hat; then the draft goes serpentine (1-12, 12-1, 1-12, etc...)
