Unagi It's Eel, rice, seaweed wrapped or Nori, it has sesame seeds and a special sauce, usually has avacado and some other veg (differs) and it is available everywhere Sushi is sold.
I also like the whole unagi or whole Eel pieces, usually come 2 pieces to an order.
I love Dragon Rolls too where they wrap the california roll with the avacado on the outside
and I also like the orange roe on the outside of a roll too...
Sashimi, my favorites are Tuna, mackerel and salmon. By whole piece.
Volcanoes are great too if you're hungry

Samurai Sushi in Rancho Cordova, CA
They have really good sushi and a great bar. My favorite roll is a Ninja Roll! It has deep fried shrimp, avocado, crab, and a lot of other good stuff in it! It's my favorite :)

@ Mikuni's I always get a Spicy Johnny Roll (spicy tuna, their special spicy sauce and unagi) or a Michi roll (spicy tuna with cream cheese, I know it's not Japanese at all but the combo is surprisingly delicious).
I like most rolls with that teriyaki glaze sauce, cream cheese, julian cucumbers, SPICY TUNA, unagi, flying fish eggs (i LOVE those), shrimp, salmon, yellow tail, scallop and octopus in any combination. It's ALLL good!!!

My personal favorite is the unagi nigiri, but that isn't really a roll... You can buy it at pretty much any sushi restaraunt.

One without fish. I had one once with a piece of avocado in the middle, I like it very much. I think the label said it was a California roll but I could be remembering wrong.

Seems like every State has a name for the classic "tempura in the middle, crab on top, cucumber, salmon" roll. Its delicious, and in WA., we call it the Rainier Roll. Yummy...

Volcano Roll -
King Salmon, Tuna, cucumber inside - cut and each piece laid on it's side. Minced Tuna with tempura flakes piled on each piece, then drizzled with spicy sauce. In Connecticut.
