ok so i want want to pierce my lip but if i pierced it myself are there any worries i should have anout hitting anything. Has anybody done it themselves?

I would advise you to get a professional to do it because if you do it yourself you might pierce it the wrong way so the ring won't go in right and it could potentially set up an infection. Be safe and good luck

If you dont know what you are doing, you should go to a profesional. If you want to do it yourself you need to find out EVERYTHING, go on yahoo, google, study it. If your not expierienced its safer to go to a shop though. The most important thing you need to do is make sure everything is sterile and clean, and proper placement. If you get it in the wrong spot, it can rub on your gums/teeth and cause damage.

Why would you do it yourself ? pay the $30 to have it done right. I think any facial piercing looks tacky but if thats your style, then go for it.

you can stab yourself in the gums......... woo....why not just pay the 40 bucks and have a professional do it...less risk of infection too, and if your not 18.......why dont you actually ask your mom first
