You obviously haven't had SRS or you wouldn't be asking such aimless naive questions by this stage as you would already have had a wealth of advice and counselling to get this far.
Why do people keep lying on this web site?

You will probably need to speak to someone who has had a sex change for advise. It will be hard for those of us whose never had a sex change to give you advise.
