You better get some speakers. Most laptops have poor sound quality.

No regrettably no longer, a great number of laptops have this project, the only way you may somewhat enhance the sound is with the help of plugging in a sequence of powered audio gadget that have an amplifier equipped in, the amp will take what little sound is there and make it louder. i do no longer even use mine, I in basic terms have a sequence of audio gadget that connect with the USB and mic jack, so I have not got any wall plugs to fret approximately.

Start > Settings > Control Panel > Sound and Audio Devices... check the volume settings there...

Get it checked at an authorized center if its your private laptop. If, however, the laptop belongs to your company/organization, follow their laid down procedures for maintenance.
