It does not cost you to have dreads if you know how to do them. However one dreadlock I'm sure will cost you all of your dignity. Don't be half ***, go all the way or don't go at all.

Um dreads are actual hair. You have to grow them.

The fashionable name is locks. And you have to grow them and No the are not nasty you do wash your Hair. Actually it is a black thing you wouldn't understand. How about getting one braid with a bead on it !

dreadlocks come from not washing your hair and letting it get nasty and funky and matted together with everyday crap in the air. thats how they are made. u dont 'get a dreadlock' u make them; and i really doubt you will wash all of ur hair but one lil area just so u can show peeps how nappy u are
