It's the same as minister. The person who speaks at your church. Different congregations call them different things...
Minister, Pastor, Preacher, Father...they are all the same.
Hope this helps.

Preacher, Pastor, Reverend... they are all titles for an ordained Minister. Preacher seems to be more of a Southern term (or at least in my opinion) while Pastor and Reverend can sometimes be a reflection on the denomination of that minister. But they mean a man of God who is ordained to lead a church through preaching, can usually conduct legal marriages in a certain state...

They are the same thing. I usually refer to them as a preacher when I am referring to them preaching a sermon. When I am referring to them doing outreach such as visiting a person who is in the hospital, jail or visiting with someone who is going through a hard time, I refer to them as a pastor.

Pastor is a man of God and his duty is to always talking to people about God which means preaching and from this we get what is called preacher. ( the person who preach).

I think it depends on the denomination, whether you are called preacher or pastor.

Priest, Preacher, Pastor, Reverend, Father, Monseigneur, etc... are all clergy who act in a religious capacity at their church.
