By looking at my Daughter`s, and my Grandchildren (all eight of them). When I do that it makes me realise that my life has not been a total waste of time. If it had been, I would not have anything to look at.

Think more of what you can do for others and how to make their lives better and advance their development on this planet than you think of those things for yourself, and then constantly act upon your ideas.

You give of yourself to others. Help your fellow man, give back to children, volunteer, support elderly. All of this gives you great joy.
