You should worry about getting mail from people you don't know - that is e-mail addresses that are not familiar to you. You can check them out by going into Message then click on block message. The sender's e-mail address will show up and if you don't know it, click on Block Sender and okay. This is the best way to avoid someone infecting your computer with a virus.

it depends.. if it if from someone you dont know then yes.. I only open emails from ppl that I know.. but if it is a forward I dont open it cause it may be carrying a virus or something.. it happens all the time...
