Normal.

It's called "linea nigra": the darkening of the linea alba, the hard-to-see white line that runs downthe center of the abdomen to the top of the pubic bone, during pregnancy. Pigmentation changes usually fade after delivery.

Yes it is very normal. I have one going down my stomach even before i got pregnant and now that I'm almost 40 weeks it's darker than ever now.

Yes, I had one dark line from my navel down. This will fade but I can tell you that coco butter will do nothing for stretch marks. I will never wear a bikini again.

One line from the belly button down is a common mark, but normal, and if she has more than one line on her belly, they're probably stretch marks, which are also normal.

Yes, absolutely normal. It's the pregnancy hormones at work. Her nibble areas will also get very dark. It will go away on its own sometime after she gives birth.

Could be stretch marks or could be the linea negra. Either is normal.
