Hi, i know what your question means. i also think stock market is a nice place for investing.

I assume you mean "stakeholder" and not "shakeholder"

I've never heard of a 'stakeholder account' -- but can tell you the difference between a shareholder and a stakeholder.

A shareholder is someone who owns someof the equity in a firm (stock). He owns part of the caompany and is intitled to the rights that go with that.

A stakeholder is anyone who has an interest in the wellbeing of the firm. All shareholders are stakeholders, since they are owners. However, bondholders, creditors and employees all have a stake in the firm and are also stakeholders.

In countries that take their legal systems from British Common Law (e.g., the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Ireland, Hong Kong) the objective of management is to maximize shareholder wealth. In other countries, the objective is often to maximize stakeholder wealth.
