Take it to a restorer, it probably needs a new backing. However if it is really old, like a window it will start to drip. Essentially glass is like a really hard liquid and gravity melts it over time. But it can be restored. Also, if it is an antique, it may lose value if it is restored.

Call a glass shop. If you are in the MIDWEST call Quality Glass. They are amazing. Sometimes a Lowes or Menards has a glass area too, You will spend way more money restoring it, than just buying a whole new mirror. Its too hard and takes a long time to restore the backing surface than to get a new one all together. I work in a glass shop. So I know this first hand.

hey..u can easily use a dampened microfibre cloth to wipe the mirror off from dust and dirt. After which use a dry cloth to wipe it off. followed by old newspapers. D carbon from d newspapers will give your mirror a new sheen! you 'll be surprised how good it will turn out. Shiny sheen!
Try it
