well, i didnt report lisa...she's a good laugh, and very intelligent with it, and i thought that question on players was very good.

i personally think the "chat violation" is unnecessary, it does no harm if the dialogue is positive, or a reasonable question, such as lisa's question was.

the nail that sticks out will always be hammered down, so they say. but if it wasnt for people who challenge the status quo, we would still be living in caves.

peace

You'll probably find it was some right-wing christian repressed lesbian or gay guy.
There must have been something wrong with the question or you wouldn't have had the violation. Just reporting someone is not enough to get them a violation is it? that's too easy to abuse.

I've just read the rules and you will probably find that this question is in violation also. It says this site is really for asking specific questions to gain knowledge. I.e Why does the AMerican Flag have 13 stripes? etc etc

Lisa R Puh-leeze!

You know fine well that there are (probably) more trolls and fundies here than in any other category (maybe Religion and Spirituality is up there, too...). What on earth would make you think it was a GLBTQ that reported you?

Sounds suspicious to me, the question seems harmless enough, but I have noticed that some people here are posing as gay and then reporting or distorting to cause trouble. Just be who you are, be polite, be honest and hopefully you won't have any more hassles.

Have no idea, Dearheart. People are rather rabid about chatty things I've noticed. I couldn't find your question so it must have been deleted but I sort of do remember it from this last week..I think. Mom has the memory of a steel sieve recently...sigh.

How do you know someone in the gay community reported you?

Could it have possibly been a straight, right wing conservative Christian?

if your question did not violate the Community Guidelines it would not have recieved a response from Yahoo.

I'm not sure you're giving enough info. Maybe if you post the question to which you're referring...
