Start a regular regimen of brushing your teeth in the morning, after meals and at bedtime. One of my favorite products is Colgate Total. It is a great toothpaste that helps protect against gingivitis. Also, a good toothbrush is necessary. I prefer a medium head.
Anyway, if you follow this, you will start to see results within a few days.
Good Luck

Just follow a regular brushing/flossing routine. You could even schedule an appointment with your dentist for a professional cleaning.

Got any 10 volume (medical) peroxide?
Brown bottle 48 cents.
Pour that on your toothbrush every
day before you put your toothpaste on it.
It makes you have white teeth,
clean breath and it feels like you
have just had your teeth cleaned.
