I'm from Iraq. I am an Assyrian Christian. We let the Muslims in our country 1400 years ago and they slowly destroyed it and killed off most of our people. George W. Bush is preventing that from happening to America. That's why I support his actions.

I'm laughing so hard, but not at your question. I really feel sorry for some people in America. They're so stupid and blind that they cant' see their own noses. I'm married to a soldier that's been to Iraq and I often tell people how he's seen the good we've done. How the Iraqi people are glad we're there and helping them. They're being educated and they're allowed to vote and they're not killed for their beliefs. People don't believe this even though he's seen it. Now here you are, saying you're from Iraq and that you see good changes. You think he's a good President and you're glad he's there to help your country. And go figure, Americans still don't believe it. They can't see it. I'm so glad you posted this though so that some people with their eyes AND minds open can see what's happening. Bush by no means is the best President we've had, but he's FAR from the worst. Maybe we need another President getting sucked under the desk and letting foreign policy fail. HAHA No, Bush is standing his ground and that's good. He also doesn't make decisions without Congress and others. So, when things go wrong, it's just not him to blame. Once again, thanks for your post and I hope others and read it and understand.

And your country is now the worst place ever to live. How disgusting. George Bush is preventing what from happening to our country- having the Muslims move in and kill all the Christians? By invading Iraq, now the Muslims think America is at war with them. I'm not really down with "the religion of peace" the way it is practiced by extremists, but hey. I dont think George W. has made things any better. For sure he's not even on the top 20 list.

I'm sure you will be getting some pretty rude answers/remarks to your question, after all, it's consider sport, I think, to rag on Bush. But I think it's great that you are appreciative for what the US is trying to do in the Middle East. At least you come from a perspective of knowing a bit more of the situation over there than most of the people on this forum, so I for sure respect your opinions. I know that Bush can't take all the credit for success there, but he also can't take all the blame for the problems there. Thank you for speaking up!

No, he's actually attempting to accomplish that in America.
The only difference is that he's trying to hand the country over to the Christian religion. It's still invalid under our constitution.
