I understand your concern, but it is most important that you have a healthy baby. Think about what kind of father and husband this man will be to the children you both bring into this world. Isn't that much more important? Do you share the same values, moral, religious upbringing, to raise your children? How do you both feel about discipline? Will you be a working mom or a stay at home mom? Will you turn your baby over to a daycare center at 12 weeks of age? There is so much that should go into your thinking.
Children are a celebration of your marriage regardless if they are boys or girls. It isn't uncommon that a family history of producing boys can also produce girls. You may first have a boy and then your second pregnancy be a girl. You just never know. Celebrate the fact that you are able to conceive with no problems and that your pregnancy produces a healthy happy baby. Don't worry about gender. Many couples who can't conceive would gladly take a boy or a girl just to have a baby in their life :~)

Here is the "wise tale" I have been told and it worked on 5 people I tried. (No guarantee)
Take the month (jan =1, feb= 2, March = 3) you conceived and your age that you were when you conceived.
Add them together. If they equal an odd number you will have a boy.. If it equals even number you will have a girl.
Ex. My child was conceived in June (6th mth) and I was 25
25 + 6 = 31. My child is a boy Matthew Perry.
My step daughter was even number. My husband was an odd number and my sister in law was an even number.
At least this can give you something to go on. Always good to think about!

Sweetie, this is a question where the answer is only in God's hands. Let life give you whatever it is that God wants you to have, wether you have a boy or a girl you have to think that you would be bless for the simple fact that God wants you to have kids.

God and science will make that decision on how many boys and girls you will have. When a woman conceives, both the man and woman will have a part in determining the sex of the child.

I do not know of any ways to get what you want when tring to concieve but it sounds like it might balance out. I also heard that what ever the guys mother had first is what he will have first but i do not know how that works or how true it is.But good luck and have fun trying.

No one can guarantee you that you'll have a child of a certain sex. You have a 50/50 shot of having either.
Some people do say that if you have sex prior to ovulation that this will up your chances of having a girl. My girls were conceived by having sex prior to ovulation.....but I really don't think that's any kind of guarantee.
You'll love whatever you get.

there is no way to pick the sex. your bf sperm is the one who determines the sex, which is determined at the time of conception. don't stress on what the child will be...just hope for a healthy baby!

It depends on who has stronger genes you or him. Only God can really let you know what you are having so it depends on what He wants you to have.
