She is probably just saying stuff that would make you feel good. Most of us in our teens have no self-esteem and clearly you are attracted to her because she makes you feel good. Thing is, she probably says stuff like that all the time to other people too. Sounds to me like she loves you as a friend. You should be happy with that. I have a friend who is a lesbian (more than one, actually) and every time she gets drunk she hits on me. I am thinking about not being her friend anymore because she has done it more than once and I would stop being friends with any guy who grabbed my butt or tried to kiss me. The point I am trying to make is that if she's not interested in girls, you need to forget about it or she won't even be saying "hey sexy" to you.

skip the bed thing, good friends are hard to come by. Once you sleep w them its not just friendship anymore. It will either become a relationship or a lost friendship.
