Most of the answers are good.

Om:

It is the sound that rotation of the earth makes you can actually here this sound, if you can orient your ears, you have to have quite and have to be on almost top of a hill.

Om yagnaa, Om sanker,....... Vishnu.
When used in these contacts you are using the article like in "the God".

Jai:

"Jai" mean victorious.

Jagadish:

Most of the religions have lots of name for the God. This is true of religions that believe in one god only, people of those religion also have more then one name for that same god.

It is also a proper name for a male in India; lots of people have given this name to their male child. Some times family adopts prominent member of the family' name, as family name, so it could be last name, usually it become last name by usage and it sticks. Example of is John's dad or mom but in this case it would be daughter of or son of Jagadish, in turn becomes Jgdish's- and ultimately it becomes Jagdish.

Loose translation in some Indian languages would be jag means world, dish is derived from darson, and witch can loosely mean view. So it means that, one who can view the whole world at once is Jugdish (so it a gods name). There are 1001 recognize gods name in Hindu religion. There are other religions that may have more than that. In English language God is referred to not only as God but also call almighty and so on and so far.

The whole thing put together “Om jai jagdish" can loosely mean may god be victorious.

There is a hymn (Bhajan religious song) which goes like this “Om jai jagdish a vadhe, Dukhi-yo-ke-dukh-dur-kare".

Different translations of the bible would suggest love and charity are synonmus. Examples found in.1st Corrinthians ch. 13 vs. 1-17 illustrate this many times. I would enjoy hearing from a scholar of the languages used in those past times to clarify my understanding. The story of the "World's Poorest Philanthropist", Gilbert "Harold" Ewing II (myself) is the reason for this querry. The " act of grace", or charity, reffered to in the news interview, has posited this question and I lack the sort of education to provide any insights of true value.
