Once again the police have distorted another incident & I'm going to court as all the info is twisted,disorted & or ommitted.The term "peace officer is not likely to be used towards any local police by me or many other victiums of theirs. W/o money how can a person fight a corrupt city government who steadily ruins theri lives w/ injustice as the injustice is social & eventually inhibits employment...What can people do (me) when there/s no $ to fight corrupt law...?

I was approched aggressively by a man whom I did not know. He was angry.I told him not to come into my yard, he disreguarded &came at me.I ran into my home &called the police then went back outside to check if he was still there. He was & i said stay right there,he was down the sidewalk a bit from my home.He stayed & asked me what I was doing, I said practicing my performance art skit. He said Oh, is that what you call it! I said "YES". the cops interviewd..& I am sighted for the moment for disturbing the peace!The neighbor Lied his A_ _ off & the cop distorted practically everything I saidThey're now w/ another neighbor trying to commit me to the mental institution!What did I do?I was threatened in the community today by blk racist that I'm going to the mental hospital run by their friend colman!Anyone have any ideas?Does anyone realize how serious this is?What can I do?This town is hateful insane!My neighbors put sand in my car engine, stole my bike,block:moving,employ..w/defamation.

After I signed a "freedom of info" form to get the reprot I requested written on this neighbor who came at me...then the cop distorted...It ws so antagonistically written that i was stalked by another member of his family into a nearby park & terrorized w/the info they recieved on me(empowered insanely w/the distortions...)the man stalked through the park & back to my home where he trashed my porch & threw a concrete statue from my porch onto my car roof! I saw that he had come from the same house that the other man who came at me just days prior! The police were called again & they calim there is no suspect...& they are referring me to community mental health for not likeing their decision in this situation!! I have contacted the dept of proffessional standards. I have been trying to move for yrs but have restrictions as to when I can move&$ then my neighbors seem to have the obcessive hobby of ruining my life, it's been an ongoing problem for a while!Why won't they let me move?

The local prosecutors office screwed me in a custody issue 8-9 yrs ago. It was all POLITICAL & all lies. they did some dammage, LOTS, I concerned justice CAN'T be served here. the goon who did this got voted Pros. Atty. last year...I think they're control freak criminals...I need some representation! I am VERY CONCERNED...Why won't they let me leave this town! If they did nothing wrong why wont they LET ME MOVE?What can I do?

I went to court today & the prosecutor assigned me an attorney that I will meet right before I'm befor the judge!What is this?NO prep?There's a distortion of gargantuan perportions to address,there's a second reprot where this lunatic neighbor, friends & or relatives stalked & terrorized me further the damaged my car...How is a couple minutes of prep going to cut this?I don't get it,does anyone get it?Then I find out that the neighbor in question had a problem with the part of my performance art political message that involved being treated less than a dog here...Bark, bark & he very well may be the guy hurting his dog that I reported 4 yrs ago.I reported a suffering animal in this mans homes general direction...Is this punishment?I don't even know the guy, I just did what any citizen would do..I've been practicing performance art for a while now & most usually just laugh, not this guy.Aren't you supposed to get a warning or something for disturbing the peace?What about HIS behaviour?

so far,the reports are distorted. everyone complaining is eigther mentally ill w/something (hatred,revenge,drunkon empowerment, led by disolousionment...frightening things will come out in court ruining all of their lives should justice prevail.I sang a song all the way to the library today at the same volume as I'm being accused of to disturb the peace..and no one said a word..evidentially they simply didn't like what was said it had nothing to do with volume..What now? any ideas? the jerk neighbor still came at me in my yard after I told him to stop It was definately him stalking & terrorizing in the park drunk on the earlier injustice + some other issues, perjury is as far as I know a 15 yr sentance & a felony charge I guess we'll see just exactly what's up w/ these people really.Hey maybe we'll find out who put sand in my car engine & who stole my bike...maybe the stalking other party(stalking for yrs!)will get the help they need& all the yrs.of abuse inflicted upon me by these

They have been spreading defaming info for Yrs!Evidentially It was ok to do this due to their involvement w/ the Itllians at a local convience store.People who refused to give me work, or any personal refrence but evidentially contributed greatly to mass defimation of character along w/their employees. Imagian a single attractive woman trapped in previous injustice in a neighborhood filled w/elderly & disabled, ugly & drunks...as pretty as a f;pwer tra[[ed in a pit of manure...this is the real issue at least...Then there's the federal this & federal that...invading my privacy & the intelectual theft & infringement...& all thoes movies made & me not getting any royalties...To vague? you bet! I need a good lawyer , like one who defends 1st ammendment rights, civil rights..."a giant stomper", one not afraid of criminal slime no matter who they are! I'm right!The truth will shine if you let it!!!!

I have contacted the ACLU, dept. of civil rights, atty grievance, judicial tenure...all over & over somehow & it's nuts all is blocked! Were talking gross negliect of duty, contrib negligence-criminal neg., attm. murder/rape, baby stealing of a woman invited to this town by schollaship...excessive racism, sexism...the msot grotesque & mutilating of malpractice, drugged...& everything over the years stemming from a ill written,distorted, fabricated, inconclusive Police report! This is not my life it is a living hell! No one should have to live like this! It's not even living!...I found some info. , it's pertinent! "Garland Waller!" " Garland Waller", Their covering a Garland Waller incident! This judge has many victiums & they are mostly white women & their children! I'm in danger...

You will have a hard time. But if you cannot afford a lawyer it is time you became your own lawyer.
You must be prepared to defend yourself fiercely.
Before going to court collect any evidence you can and take it to court. Many people defending themselves in court lose because they go to court expecting the judge to only believe what they say. Not so. You have to always bring proof to back up your statements.
Example: I got a ticket for parking in a handicapped zone. I went back to wal-mart and took photos of where I parked. I was in the handicapped zone actually the unloading zone. Problem - it was midnight the lot was not well lit and the lines had faded so much they were almost gone.
I presented my photos and won my case. Now had I just told the judge the line were faded and I couldn't see. I'd been paying a fine.
So go prepared.

A public defender or a lawyer from the ACLU. Produce witness testimony that contradicts the police report.

first file a complaint against the officer in question get witness to back up your story if possible. This will prompt a internal investigation which will see if the complaints are true if it is then they might get fire or worst.
then when you got o court you can ask the state to appoint you a lawyer since they have to provide you a lawyer if you cant afford of yourself under courts that require lawyers that is.

A similar thing happened to me last year where the arresting officers made up a bunch of crap that just wasn't true,and i ended up doing 100 hours community service and payed150 pounds for injuries to the policemen.I never had anything against the police before, i f**king hate them now.Sorry there's not much you can do.
