Nope the Tiger will win the AL Central, but the White Sox will win the Wild Card

I'm a dyed-in-the-wool Tigers fan, so I'm a bit prejudiced in favor of the Olde English "D", but I truly do believe the Tigers can hold on and win the AL Central, with the Chisox finishing approx 2 games back and taking the wild card. That being said, I keep having nightmares about the 1987 Blue Jays, who were overtaken by my beloved Tigers during the final series of the season. I hope it's not time for Detroit to be on the other side of that equation.

The Tigers will defiently make the playoffs. I still think they will win the AL Central because the White Sox arent playing very good at this point either.

They will make the playoffs. That not even a question.
Whether or not they will overtake the tigers, is up in the air however.
Its beginning to come down to whether or not the Tigers collapse mentally or not. The sox have a really rough couple of sereis ahead. i maen after the tigers they have to go back and face those darn twinkies again. This is truley a critical moment in the AL.

the tigers are a solid team. i dont think the sox have a chance to catch up. they should focus on the wild card if they want to see some post-season play
