Its so simple follow what i write here

Open your Internet Explorer Click at "Tools" then choose "Internet options" from it

Click at "Security" tab then Click at "Custom Level" button

Scroll to the end of the page There u can see a option called

"User Authentication" on that select "Automatic log on with current User name and password"

this will hopefully solve ur prob

if not just Go to AddRemovePrograms select" AddRemove Window Component " Uncheck the Internet Explorer then click OK , then again go inside the "Addremove Window Component"Check the Internet Explorer back

when you go to log on use this log on information

user name- administrator
password-

leave the password blank that should get you in as the admin then you can change his password to what ever he wants
good luck

you tried hitting cancel instead of trying to sign him in? also when its loading at the proper time(will say on screen), hit f8 then try it in safe mode. then just go to his control panel, users and look in there! hope this helps!

I would say call your ISP and they can help you with password resets.
