There is no way to tell unfortunately and just to let you know, a lot of women fake it, which is totally stupid as it gives the man the satisfaction that he did good and makes him think that he doesnt need to do it different or better.
Let's also remember that 95% of women CANNOT *** from the vagina, please dont let the stupid porn movies fool you !
Most of women only have orgasm with their clitoris and this is a prooven fact.
Also, this is more a mental thing for women so if the mood is not there, the orgasm won't even be possible.
Yes women are really complicated but the orgasm is not necessarily a ultimate issue for us, the whole penetration means more, it also means a total fusion with the man we love and this happens on a high level that the mind only can understand...

A woman can get wet and moan if she's enjoying herself but that doesn't neccessarily mean she's had an orgasm. You might could tell from the contractions but they can be done on purpose by a woman that does her cagle exercises. The best way is to have open communication. Faking it doesn't benefit a woman. And if she's only wanting it to be over than the man hasn't done a good job of foreplay.

There is no way to tell. Be happy that she makes the effort if its not reall. But honestly if she is making that effort then she has to be enjoying it.
I recomend trying all sorts of different things/positions all the time though. And when you find that one that she sounds more extatic than normal or she tells you she really liked then try similar ones more frequently.
AND every girl is different so while some people may say this is a way to tell or this is another way to tell. Keep in mind. EVERY woman is different. Just believe her if she says she is satisfied. Unless she looks like she is lying to you, believe her.

For the real strong/loud orgasms it is sometimes possible to check. The muscles above her privates, and below her belly button tend to flex pretty noticeably when a woman is having an orgasm.
Other indicators: Flushed/fattened lips. Somewhat blushed or reddened face.

YEs, there is a way to tell. The walls of her vagina contract or spasm when she's having an orgasm. You can feel it on your "member" if your still while your inside of her while she's having the big O

Well it will be in her body language, when a woman has a orgasm her body shakes andher eyes get dilated and you will notice she is allot wetter and a very big wet spot.

You can feel the muscle contractions deep in her vagina, not the vulva area,that can be faked by sqeezing. That is if your long and wide enough!
