The money thing isn't too big an issue. As long as you can at least care for her. There is no need to spend amazing sums of money on a woman, unless of course, you are just trying to make her feel loved. Your wife will notice this.
As for sex, it is an important part of marital life. Of course it's not everything and cuddling and saying sweet things to your wife is also important, but a marital life without sex is actually no real marriage. My hubby and I love each other uncondiationally, and we would never want to miss our sexual relationship. It's a very special and intimate way to show someone how much you love them. I don't know your reasons for not sleeping with your wife, but you should definitely talk to her about this problem and ask what she expect from a nice, working marriage...

Cuddle. Ask her how her day was, and LISTEN. Talk to her as an equal. Don't make any disparaging remarks. Treat her like a valued friend. Touch her and pet her. Brush out her hair. Compliment her about little things.
To really please her, keep on doing these things! She'll think you've suffered brain damage (or that you're having an affair you want to cover up!). Your wife has the potential to be the best friend you ever had. Unfortunately, most men never value them.

If you think money and sex will please your wife..then I am sorry you are searching for a prostitute instead.....and you may even get a much better looking, younger, sexier one that you currently have.
But does she LOVE you really...if you have lots of money and she is married to you..you may want to think that one over
and about SEX, Sex without LOVE is LUST. it comes and pass away with the physical body's needs..and you may have a sensation of LUST with every woman you find attractive
