well u can visit www.microsoft.com they have just updates the usb1.1 version this july, these drivers are free, u will not be charged. and its open to all. so visit www.microsoft.com

You cannot download a USB drive. It is a physical piece of hardware you have to buy in a store. With Windows98 SE, you will probably need to install the drivers for it too. When you buy one, it will come with the drivers.

If you mean a USB DRIVER, you probably have one which came with your USB Drive. If not, the manufacturers website will. I think 98 needs more specific drivers, compared to XPs more universal driver capabilities.

Yes u can. U have to find manufacturer's website and look for driver support. Most of the manufacturers still give u drivers for 98.

A usb drive is a piece of hardware not software so downloading one woud be impossible but you could order one shipped to you online.

it depends on the manufactor most new hardware dont offer anything other then 2000 and xp these days. if it is a older hardware that was made when 98se was being us then try this site. they have the most compete collection of drivers in the web.
its free to use and signup for an account just need a e-mail.

You have to have a usb card in order to use the usb
