What's the best internal cellular antenna?

I use one called Tri-cell or Try-Cell that looks like a triangle and goes in your phone under your battery. It works really good, but now I need another one for another phone & can't seem to locate them to buy one.

They all suck - and do nothing but make it a little more difficult to put the battery cover back on.
