Do a "system recovery"
These instructions, will clean everything off of your hard drive, so you must back up anything that you want to save. I have done this three times, and I got these instructions, from a computer tech. When starting your computer, tap the F-10 key. click on next-yes-and follow the instructions, that come up on your screen. When you are finished, your computer, will look just like it did, when you first bought it.Do these steps, in order, when finished.
1. set up windows firewall
2. windows update (click express)
3. install your anti-virus program (update)
4. install anti-spyware (update)

Use Ad Aware and Spybot (free) programs to clean spyware. If that still doesn't work try reconfuguring the computer to an earlier date, before u started seeing problems.

Well there are two rules in computer land...don't go to x rated sites and don't download music. (they are some safe music sites). You will have to clean your pc by running some spyware programs. Good luck...some of this stuff is very hard to get rid of....another way is to use your restore disc or reninstall windows but you will lose everything.

stop looking at porn and download a spy bot remover. I like "spybot surf and destroy"

go into Internet options and delete all temporary files and cookies...and ease up on the porn!
