when i try reinstalling Paint, it has me restart for it to take effect, then it's not in Accessories like it's supposed to be. When i try JUST to install Paint, it removes things like my Games(Solitaire, Minessweeper, etc.) and other accessories like calculator, and character map. no error message or anythin

right click the desktop and click shortcut.
copy the following into empty field.
%SystemRoot%\System32\mspaint.exe
click next
click finish

If it is actually gone

In add/remove programs under control panel in accessories. If it's messed up accidentally and the check mark is there, uncheck it. Click okay, next and finish.
Repeat the process and make sure you check the box for mspaint.
