Babysitting!!!! Mowing lawns, walking dogs, shoveling snow, odd jobs for elderly people ( vacuuming, washing windows). You are too young to work for an actual business. You would be very surprised how many people in your community would be interested in your helpful services.

Perform yard work in your neighborhood. I pay a kid 20 bucks a week to mow and weed trim my yard. You could offer to wash cars. If you live in an apartment you could go around to each appartment and offer to take their trash to the dumpster for them for $5 a week. You could designate an am or pm pickup. If you get enough apartments you could get somebody younger to help you and pay them a percentage. They do most of the work, you make most of the money.

Grocery stored often hire baggers/collecting carts from the parking lot personnel, however it's because of the child labor laws, less than 20 hours a week.
