It looks like your computer is not seeing windows but is reverting back to the command line. You need to check your BIOS which is different in computers. Your handbook should tell you what key(s) to press to enter the BIOS. It could be the escape key or on some cases it is the delete key. You could try pressing F8 if you can't find out the BIOS entry key(s) to press. If you press F8 follow the available options.
Your problem could also be the loss of windows drivers which you could download ( you need to do this on another computer copying to a floppy disk. You would then need to set your BIOS accordingly.
I am assuming that you have windows installed. You did not indicate if your computer was working on windows and then stopped in which case it might be a new programme that you installed. If you were not using windows then your computer would start in command line. You could type the word win (short for windows which starts the windows executable file) at the command line and see if windows kicks in. Good luck

If your PC is booting to the command line rather than Windows it does not bode well.
Try typing 'windows'. If that does not work, try, C:
then retype windows. If it still fails to start Windows you may have to re-install your OS. You did back up your data, didn't you?

nothing...you are in the booting process, right? just wait for it, if there is no other commands appear in your screen, maybe your Window OS is crashed and you need to format it and then reinstall your Windows OS...
