Further to the assertion that fish don't have eyelids, I'd like to add that some fish do - namely sharks who are very much fish. Please see link and scroll to the bottom.

The biological use for eye lids is to keep the eye moisturized.
Since fish live in water, they have no use for eye lids and thus never acquired them in their evolutionary process.
So no, fish do not have eye lids.

Because fish cannot close their eyes , they have no lids ! (they have to see underwater where it is sometimes dark otherwise they would bump into each other ! also they would get eaten more often if they closed their eyes
