I think everyone is different. I know I have done some things while drunk that I would NEVER have done sober. Does that mean that my true feelings were to do those things? HELL NO!!!!
I was drunk and didn't care what I did. (for the record, I no longer drink to excess!)

when people get drunk, their seretonin levels go down. seretonin is a hormone that causes us to feel happy and act mature. so, when people are drunk, they are immature. therefore, they are just being stupid.
also, when you're drunk, you don't realize what you may be saying.
