Several countries have put him on a postage stamp, mostly African or Carribean nations. Not the US, though. The eBay URLs shown so far are from a non-existant country. They are "cinderellas"

i don't imagine so. frank sinatra maybe i don't think farnk zappa or his kids would allow his image to be used on anything of monetry value. but then again he was an enigma wrapped inside a puzzle

Not to my knowledge. He died in 1993 and I don't ever remember seeing or hearing anything about that afterwards. My books don't show anything either. If you have one or see one somewhere, I'm thinking it may be a fake or possibly an international stamp.
