was it just me or was joe miller a little out of it. he would start talking and then joe morgan was like what are you talking about?? then he kept calling the red sox the yankees and vice versa. then he kept calling it the al west. he got me confused

when posada went to the stands to catch a fly ball miller started talking for him he was like saying"my name is jorge posada i catch for the yankees." i just started laughing.

Plus, Miller is so biased towards the Red Sox, it was almost torture listening to the game. The Yankees come steamrolling through the series in Fenway and all these two can talk about is how wonderful the Red Sox are. If they didn't show the score on screen, you would almost swear Boston was blowing them out thanks to David Ortíz's 5-run home run.
I love how Morgan ended the game with, "...the Yankees now have a 5.5 game lead over the Red Sox in the West," or was everyone else half-asleep when he said that? Take him off the air!

Joe Morgan is the anti-Yankee and he righteously sucks as an announcer. He only talks about how other teams compare with his "Big Red Machine" of twenty years ago and how the Yankees aren't that good. He needs to take a seat along with Michael Kay. Give Joe Miller a break, it was past his bedtime.

I recorded it on my DVR and I fast forward through most of the crap and just watch the good parts like when Jeter hit the blooper in the 9th. Get Tivo

both announcers suck. I liked Joe as a player, but cant stand listening to him.
