people in the military must wear a "cover" whenever there is not something overhead, such as a roof or an awning. this is to protect our heads!! nowadays, it's really just a part of the uniform, but i imagine that it originated from having some form of protection on the head.

Wooo - Hooooo LOL talk about a contraversial concern to spark off a firestorm LOL thanks to flow GT - i'm precise there with you. For all of you who do not believe GT I leave you with one ordinary truth......it really is UN-AMERICAN TO believe YOUR authorities.....in case you've self belief them then you truthfully deserve what you get. the great issues human beings can do is question each little thing the authorities says and does....AND....carry them responsible for thier movements..yet ooooooohhhhhh nnnoooooo, god forbid we question authority. LOL What - they don't look to be human beings there? They cant make blunders? Is each little thing they do surely most suitable...awaken...they placed their pants on a similar way as something else persons....purely because they're in DC doesnt cause them to extra constructive then us. question each little thing - in the journey that they say its the regulation then ask them to teach you the regulation....you pay taxes?? Why??? have you ever considered the regulation that announces you should pay?? If not, then why are you paying?? Do you in ordinary words blindly trust others and pay them money??? if so, enable me understand the position you stay, i am going to gather a good element tax on your community.

Uniformed personnel are only in uniform if they are in their complete uniform. It is traditional to go uncovered (without a hat or helmet) indoors unless under arms (carrying a weapon).
