when do you feel is the right time to start studies ?

Like the Chinese people say,when we life until old,then we need to learn until old.Ever day we are learning.some even the newspaper got the news about the 80 years old people just get their certificate and they feel so proud.That already mean that study did not have age limit.

there s not any age limit perhaps at late age ppl determination and interest in studies gets affected depending upon the mental maturity and not age maturity.

iff one s mentally matured thn he can do every thing at every age......else ....!
