yes I did. I thought that I was going to start. They weren't really any different than reg cramps. I know that's not what you would like to hear, but maybe you are....good luck!

That was one of the things that kinda messed with my head when I was newly pregnant with my son, lol. I kept getting cramps like I was about to start my period, but it just never came. I had suspicions that I was pregnant but the cramps kinda threw me off. Combined with the sudden urge to constantly pee and the sore breasts though I decided to go grab a test. Anyway, the difference between the way those cramps felt from standard period cramps was that the pregnancy cramps were less severe but more frequent and lengthy. With my period, my cramps were always brutal on the first day then light and rare after that. Hope that helps!

yes for the first few months I did cramp. I kept wondering if I was going to have my period but it never came. After a while the cramping stopped. The cramps I had while pregnant were not as bad as my normal cramps but was noticable.

Yes...cramping and even some spotting can be caused when the embryo implants in the uterine lining...i was 2 months pregnant before i found out because i thought the cramping and spotting was just a really difficult period. After I found out I was pregnant, the cramping continued...mainly it's hormonal changes, as well as ligaments and other tissues stretching.

I am 5 1/2 weeks pregnant and have mild cramping. Unlike period cramps because they are mild and my period cramps are terrible. Doctor says as long as there is no bleeding it is fine.
You may also experience abdominal pain if you have a UTI, which you have a higher chance of getting when pregnant.

Yes, I did get cramps. I would always think my period was about to come and when I didn't I would find out I was pregnant. (4 kids) This is normal if it is just like a period camping. But if it is more painful, see your doctor.

I got cramps when I was pregnant for the first time. They were pretty bad. It will go away as the baby grows. Have you gone to see a gynecologist yet?

I actually thought I was going to have my period because the cramps felt as if I was. There was no differance between them in my case.
