I am going to say that I am a Phillies fan and I went through him as the manager here. He did a poor job for the Phillies and I think has done a poor job for the Sox. That being said he should not be fired he somehow won a championship and that alone I think buys a manager 3 years grace period.

Don't care about anything Red Sox related, but he shouldn't and won't be fired. After all, he did lead the Red Sox to a World Seires title. The only way I can see him being fired is if he doesn't want to stay in Boston.
