Who does David Ortiz of the Boston Red Sox point to after he crosses the plate from a homerun?

When Big Papi hits a homerun, he points to the sky to thank God and then he points to someone behind the backstop. Probably the owners or coomentators but I can never figure out who.

He's pointing to his trainer, you know, the guy that got caught smuggling steroids into the country from Canada for Juan Gonzales... and also trains Ortiz, Manny Ramirez and Miguel Tejada among others.
