There are many racial (I prefer to use the word ethnic) groups that coexist in the Middle East.
You of course have the Arabs. Then, the Jews may be considered an ethnic group. In fact both are descendants of the sons of the prophet Abraham (Peace be upon him).
You also have the Kurds and the Turkish population. You have many other "races" living in our region. It is indeed a melting pot of differnt cultures.
