2. Father/Son
3. Mother/Daughter
4. Son/Brother

Yes. Grandfather is also a father, and also a son. Using this logic:
1 GF: A
2 F: A and B
1 M: C
4 S: A, B, D, E
2 B: D, E
2 D: M, F

Thus, total of 6 persons in the family. Smallest number, if not none, would be 1, to drive the car.
