I like "Feel the Fear and do it Anyways." great book on anxiety and pushing you to do things that you didnt think you could do. It talks about how fear is basically thinking you cant handle a situation but that you can handle it.

There is also a book called "focusing" I dont know who wrote it but it helps you figure out what is really bothering you and ways to realease it.

Another book I liked was "Brain Lock" It is actually written for people that have OCD, but I read it out of interest. It has great ideas for people that have obsessive tendancies as well, lets face it, we can all ruminate about things at time, this helps you stop that.

Theres lots of great books out of there, self help books are great but not necessarily the answer. I say that beacause you sound like me a little from your other posts. Sometimes you end up on a quest to find the answers to problems or you think there is something wrong with you and you look to the books for answers or solutions.

Self acceptance and confidence will help you more than any book. You can achieve that, it just takes time.
