I haven't heard the rumor no. The Bolts stocked up on goaltenders during the offseason so Montoya is out of the question, and I don't think Pock or Rozival even with a 1st round pick could replace Lecaviler. But they have given him, Richards, and St.Louis nice contracts so if money becomes an issue you never know.

Lecaviler isnt really that good he had one good year and thats it (2003-2004) when tampa wopn the staney cup ever since he wasnt producing i think that rangers have a solid team espeacially with shanny there Al Montoya is a great goalie in the making. I dont suggest for the rangers to make that trade

I doubt Tampa is giving up Lecaviler. Even so, not for the likes of Montoya, Pock or Rozival, definately not for a 2nd rounder.

i think even if they did they should have put a much better package for this NHL allstar. montoya fine a good goalie but pock sucks rozival is even worse and come on a 2nd rounder a 1st rounder and montoya would be a slightly better deal for the lightning but it will not happen.
and if New york got him that team would be really good and every team needs lecaviler

I have not seen that. If that is true I would make the trade for Lecavlier in a second. The Rangers would get bigger up front and get a guy that plays better in the playoffs the the regular season. The Rangers are set in goal with Lundquist. I hope this happens. Where have you seen this rumor or read about it / Please email me where I can find it. Thanks. I have heard that Leetch will sign in Edmonton.

Don't need Lecav? Come on, dude! What center on the NYR is as good? If it's true and TB are really going to do that, I'd say get him.
Here's another rumor we keep hearing in Vancouver is emanating out of Philly--Gagne for Naslund. Now that's a good rumor!

no i dont recall hearing that one. but i sure hope they dont because as a rangers fan myslef, i think they need montoya as well as lundqvist to have a great goalie line up and rozival is a good player too

I haven't heard that one. I don't see why the Lightning would give up on him anyway. I heard the Flyers were going to trade Gagne. I don't believe much in the summer in regards to hockey.

No I havent heard this. What would give you the impression that they would be willing to get rid of LeCavalier??? Unless of course they are looking to dump some salary. I highly doubt that though.
