How can I organize itunes so my videos on my ipod will be where I want them to be?

I'm afraid that videos downloaded from the iTunes Music Store are automatically placed. I believe there is third party software that can be used to customize the placement of the videos. Google it, or check out Apple's downloads. If you have a Mac, I'm sure it will be easier.
