a terrorist is defined as someone who uses violence or the threat of violence to cause fear in a society, for either relgious, political, or personal means.

A terrorist is someone who uses fear, and terror to control others according to the US Government.
Oddly, this makes many political campaigners terrorists, as they try to scare the voters away from their opponents... And Reader's Digest, with it's health food scares and drug scares, and vaccine scares...
Also, by this definition, many Al Quaida operatives who keep a low profile, or just blow people up without sending any message would not qualify as terrorists... even though the US is still hunting them down as Terrorists.

A terrorist is an enemy combatant that makes no distinction between military and civilian targets.
Soldiers do.

people who were engaged in dangerous arm manufacturing and marketing or selling in underground to unauthorized organizations and individuals. their are real terrorist in this world the comedy is all secret services[CIA,MI6,MOZAD,RAW] knows them but they keep discreet with this issues.
