I'm 19 and practically motherless. Hopefully my internet won't be turned off by the time anyone can answer this. Paying bills is so hard to keep track of! Anyways, there's this one laundry detergent that makes you clothes and whole HOUSE smell REALLY good... i smell it on people ALL the time...maybe someone knows what laundry detergent/fabric softener this is? It's been around awhile, i remember smelling it as a kid too.

Tide makes a line that has Fabreze scents added to it. I use it for my laundry and it makes my house smell nice too. There are also other detergents similar to that like Gain.
In addition to the Tide detergent they also have Downey fabric sheets that are scented the same as the detergent so it emphasizes the fragance even more.

It's probably liquid fabric softener, not the detergent. I use Downy and I love the way my clothes smell.... it does make the house smell nice too.

Smell them in the supermarket ... powder boxes can be smelled through the cardboard... or just open the lid of the liquid detergents.....
my favoirtes, regular old fashioned tide with gain fabric softener....

What smells good to one person doesn't smell good to another. Possibly Tide, Cheer or Sunlight?? They are the common ones. Sometimes it could be fabric softener you smell - many different brands of those too.

Maybe it's Bounce dryer sheets. I use them and can always tell people who use them, too, since I can smell it when they walk by. Maybe just ask someone next time you smell it on them what type of laundry products they use.

Gain and Tide both make your house smell really good.
Fabric sheets Downy or Gain both are good

I believe this would be the fabric softener.
My friend uses 'Downy regular' and doubles the amount to put in
the rinse cycle.
As you described, it sure smells good and really says in the
clothes, and towels.

You can always go to the store and smell the detergent to figure out which one it is.

Tide has been around for a really long time, and maybe it is bounce fabric softners... good luck to you
