tracfone is a really good company. It comes with a phone, some instuctions to the phone, and i think a phone card with 15 min. not sure about the phone card though. You can get it at any walmart store and you can also text people with this phone. hope i helped

but i recommend getting a real cell phone from cingular or one of those companies because it is a lot cheaper each month. You waste a lot of money on pre paid phones

I currently have T-Mobile here in the States. You buy the phone, it comes pre-packaged with user guide, charger, & phone. Then you can buy minutes and get varying talk-per-minute rates depending on how many minutes you buy. For ex, buy 100 minutes and you may pay 15 cents per minute. Buy 1000 minutes and it's 10 cents a minute. And they expire. I buy 1000 minutes at a time and that extends the expiration date one year. If you only used the 1000 minutes over the course of a year, the cost per month = about $9.

Hope that helps.

I like Virgin Mobile.
The have a wide seletion of phones, at reasonable prices.
$20 lasts you three months.
I had it before I got a Sidekick 2 and I liked it.
Now they have penny texting, and so many other options for your own pay as you go plan.
No contracts is what I like.
