Trained yes, however as far as domestication goes I don't think so. Predatory animals, more specifically avian or raptors do not domesticate well. The only exceptions being chickens, ducks, geese, and pet birds. Predator's can all be trained to a certain extent, but fall far short of what we think of as domestication. The do not rely on humans exclusively for food, nor will they willingly stay in a confined situation. The again most creatures don't really like confinement, humans included.

i love all raptors - the hawks are extra comical and very nearly look to have a experience of humour, the falcons are proper and huge to fly, the eagles are purely completely majestic. per chance a falcon.

To house any wild animal in any state is illegal for any purpose. To obtain a license you must talk to your local Department of Wildlife or Department of Natural Resources (DNR). If you have a license you are less likely to go to prison if someone sees you or hears of you interacting with any wild bird.

If you have never done it before I would say no. there are falcons that can be trained but if you don't know how to do it I wouldn't try.
