No, the Pearl Harbor conspiracies suffer the same defect that the 9/11 conspiracies do: why would the government permit such a destructive attack, when a much milder one would have done the job just as well?
People often point to the fact that U.S. carriers were not in Pearl Harbor at the time of the attack, insinuating prior U.S. knowledge of the attack. But why didn't the Navy move out even more of the Pacific Fleet? If the Japanese had destroyed even a third of the ships they did, and killed merely half as many sailors, the U.S. public would still be crying for blood and we would have still had a pretext for attacking Japan. The "conspirators" could have gotten their war for half the price, and could have executed it much more efficiently had the Pacific Fleet not been so crippled in the attack.
As for the nuclear attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, those were atrocities that went against what America was fighting for. As immoral as those attacks were, it can not be confidently claimed that they were done purely out of malice. And looking at the aftermath of the war, can you honestly claim that there was NOT more freedom and more democracy in Japan after U.S. conquest? That there was not more freedom and more democracy in Asia after the U.S. won the war than there would have been if Japan had been allowed to rule that part of the world?

I've been to Pearl Harbor and visited the USS Arizona. It wasn't false.
And Hiroshima and Nagasaki were necessary to avoid even more deaths at the close of WWII. If you check the records you will find more people were killed in the attack on Tokyo. And after that Japan still wasn't even thinking about surrender. Hiroshima and Kagasaki were targeted because they were undamaged from other attacks.
What do you define as a war crime? That someone dies?

umm excuse me but Pearl Harbor actually happened. That attack killed many many people. You can not connect Pearl Harbor to WMDs in Iraq.

No, it was not a false pretext. They attacked us first and without warning. What about the people of NanjIng China?...Japan raped and massacred over 300,000 men, women and children...and the brutal treatment of our pow's...why are you not concerned about that...oh wait...i know...because you can't blame it on America.
They deserved both bombs as far as im concerned, they got what they deserved.
